Nice little shop. Looks to be family ran. Pizza quality was amazing, full of toppings and cooked perfectly. The dining area was full of cute family made crafts for sale. The staff was beyond friendly. We drove 45 minuets to visit the crystal store next to it, and now I plan to drive back just for the food.

Ordered for the first time Friday evening. The pizza was OK but just cardboard crust pizza. And breadsticks was just prepackaged breadsticks just warmed served plain. Definitely not worth $64 dollars for a large Cheese pizza and a Large peperoni with half pineapple and order of 6 breadsticks. Save your money and just order from Casey's gas station a 1/4 mile away and there pizza is much better. Again the pizza wasn't terrible just VERY VERY Overpriced.

A small local pizza place which is a novelty these days. Mediumish style crust with a healthy dose of toppings that won't leave you wishing you had added more toppings. The staff is friendly and courteous. Really good experience overall.

I gave this restaurant multiple chances because I have eaten there since the Johnsons opened the business more than 30 years ago, then the Randall's and now this one, which has not been very long so you can’t look at the older reviews. Everytime we visit family, we come in 2 to 3 times a year at least ($400 a year customer minimum, lost) take that times 10, 20, 40 customers, it adds up. The girl that now supposedly runs the place has lied to us EVERYTIME we have went in the business. I have seen posts multiple times of closings and then posts deleted. For example, this last visit, another closing, 1 hour before the business was scheduled to open. We had been in before Christmas and she told us while we were in the dining room people were always complaining about her being closed and that you know how small towns are and then she did it after her announced holiday. The ingredients ARE NOT the same, everyone who has eaten it for a lifetime knows that. Last visit to Indiana, same thing. We were talking about the crust and she was telling us how people were complaining about the crust and I asked her point blank if she had changed it because we all thought it didn't taste the same and she admitted she had while telling the Community she hasn't changed anything. The sauce is different also. I don't understand why you have to lie about it. Having to take to Google because they deleted/blocked comments, users and FB posts to protect their ratings, but when your reputation throughout the community is already negative, one person with years of business experience, including restaurant management and having owned an actual mystery shopping company, who offered suggestions, ideas and insight which was supposedly appreciated at the time, shouldn't damage what is already damaged. The main thing this restaurant has going for it is nostalgia. The people who grew up eating here under the Johnson ownership KNOW and they also KNOW it's not the same, it's similar at best and expensive. You can't trust Facebook reviews because if you say anything negative or give bad reviews, she deletes and blocks you and her community of family and friends attack you. Always call first before you make the trip, or like us on more than one occasion, you may make it for nothing. Someone made a comment that it would literally take the Johnsons coming back to fix it and I believe that person is right.

The pizza we ordered and picked up was the wrong pizza when we got home. Also the crust was not done as well. It was our first time trying this place probably will not be back.
