Chapman’s really pulled out all the stops for a new beer grand reveal. They proved they not only have a wonderful selection of great tasting beer, but the food and service are top notch. It was a totally amazing experience from start to finish. Shout out to Scott, Kat, and the chef 😊 My new favorite place!

The staff was nice. The menu sounded great when we arrived & reviewed it. We couldn't decide what to order. The staff was very polite The whole time ( 2 people). There was only 1 other table there on a Saturday evening that surprised me. I thought they would be super busy. The food sadly did not match up to its descriptions or how we imagined it I guess as well. Disappointing and not much food for the price! We will go across the street to the square in the future. I hate to leave a review like that when or server was nice and the food was what we ordered just very blah and not much of it. And I always go home with extras or box it and leave it on the table on accident lol. Maybe a beer and a appetizer place? But not family or date night.

Love the bartenders at the Columbia city location. Great atmosphere. Good food. Phenomenal beer selection. Everyone who walks in is extremely friendly. You'll be leaving with a new friend or an acquaintance you can't wait to run into again. Least judgmental bar I've ever been in. 5 stars. As a new employee/family member at this fine establishment.. I can't wait to serve you!

Stopped here for the first time on a Tuesday afternoon 7/30/24 5:24 pm when passing through Columbia City. I ordered chicken tenders with fries. When the waitress brought them they looked and smelled like they had been on fire! Black black black! One “tender”’ was 1 1/2 inch and second was under 4 inches. I can’t believe that you would even think about serving these to anyone! She told us they look dark because they are coated with beer batter , then frozen so that is what happens. When we asked the waitress to take it off the bill, she was cold and said “sure,” then walked away and wadded it up. When she brought the second bill my husband said thank you to which she grunted and walked away. Save your money!

Came in on Tuesday and it was slammed with just one server who you could tell was doing her best. I was patient and enjoyed some beer and conversation. Great brisket mac and atmosphere!

Was not very busy and waited 15 minutes to be greeted. Ordered drinks and appetizer. Waited.. Waited... And Waited. Finally get our drinks except they ran out of what I ordered. She brought a sample of something else with her that was not even close to the same style as what I ordered. Being the patient and easy going person that I am, I gave it a try. It was flat, warm and tasted much like sour milk.

Waited a whole bunch more. She finally came back and I ordered a different beer. They were out. I eventually find something that was available. We ordered our food.

I'm casually drinking my beer and it's half way gone at this point. Still no appetizers. Oh, but look, here comes our food.

We were there 1.45 hours for what was supposed to be 1 quick drink and a burger.

I could go on but I don't need to. You get it.

We came for the food and they didn't start serving food until 4pm so we got a beer to wait for the food. Despite being the first handful of people to get served food, they were out of several things on the menu. I got a Hawaiian chicken sandwich that was supposed to have pineapple on it but they were out. The pineapple slaw as my side also was lacking. We got a pretzel for an appetizer but it was cooked too long and it was rock hard! It feels like this business is on its way out, staff didn't seem to care and food isn't that great.

I love the beer... Some needs to teach them about service. Scott Ferguson, you can spend millions and millions of dollars at electric works. But if your service sucks, you won't have a company.

Chapman's Brewing Company is the most beautiful brewery in Indiana. Since we care about art in non traditional spaces we can't think of a more perfect setting. Oh, and we also love great beer. Brewing is a high art.

A couple of vegan options!

My 1st time trying this place and now my last. Horrible service. I ordered cheese curds and a salad. Took an hour to get my food. It takes 4min to drop curds in a fryer and a salad is super easy to make. When I finally got my food it was burnt explode cheese curds and my full salad is like a small bowl of old lettuce. I will never order from here again.

Heard good things. Sat down and waited over 10 minutes for a server, just to find out their kitchen was backed up and they were limiting the menu to apps and flatbreads. Only a “few orders” of wings left, no other food from the smoker. Unfortunately I have to give this 1 star. We did not stay.

Excited to see the new brewery in Electric Works!

Great food, amazing music and atmosphere. Friendly staff and owner. I will definitely be back for karaoke ? night.
