My 1st time trying this place and now my last. Horrible service. I ordered cheese curds and a salad. Took an hour to get my food. It takes 4min to drop curds in a fryer and a salad is super easy to make. When I finally got my food it was burnt explode cheese curds and my full salad is like a small bowl of old lettuce. I will never order from here again.

Heard good things. Sat down and waited over 10 minutes for a server, just to find out their kitchen was backed up and they were limiting the menu to apps and flatbreads. Only a “few orders” of wings left, no other food from the smoker. Unfortunately I have to give this 1 star. We did not stay.

My wife and I went there on a Friday night to have a few beers, eat dinner and listen to the band Decades. The band was awesome, the service was great, but the food was way overpriced for what you get. We ordered the dinner with 3 choices. Brisket, pulled pork, chicken wings for $30.00. We couldn't tell the difference between the brisket and the pulled pork, and the chicken wings were so small and dried out. It's definitely not a meal to share if you are hungry. If you are wanting a beer, stop in, but if you are hungry, save your money and eat elsewhere.

The staff was very friendly, but I was extremely disappointed to have driven from Wisconsin to try one of the company’s main beers on their website and not even have it listed on the menu. I stopped at Chapman’s to try Harvester Lager, as I am a real IH fan and was in town for a truck show at the original factory. Chapman’s was a key part of the trip, as I had known of the company’s tribute beer for a year prior to the trip. To make matters worse, the walls are donned with Harvester Lager signs and apparel making it seem the beer would be available. I would like to come back and try Harvester lager if it is ever offered in the future, but please do not advertise a beer on your website that is not truly offered. Other beers sampled while in the taproom were fantastic, but the food was not worth the price (meat was very fatty or undercooked).Edit: I changed my review to 3 stars after the friendly response from the owner. I hope to make it 5 stars when I stop back in next year.
Great place we discovered on our cross country cycling trip. Enjoyed the brews, the food, the live music and especially chatting with the staff. Recommend it highly!

Pains me to leave a 3 star review. They really have great food and the waitresses are always very kind which is why this is a 3 star and not lower. None of the negative remarks in this review is toward the servers but toward the management of this facility. We come to Chapmans multiple nights a month for dinner. Tonight, we ordered 1 Ruben a flatbread pizza and 2 burgers. About ten minutes after ordering, we were told they were out of burgers, and might be out of Rueben’s as well (luckily they had some left, but apparently they are going to be removing Rueben’s from the menu which is disappointing, my FIL raved about the Rueben’s). After re-ordering we waited 2 HOURS for our food. The servers made sure our drinks were filled and apologized for the wait multiple times which was great, but 2 hours to wait for food is just not acceptable. They were not busy by any means (maybe 4 other tables). If we were given notice before ordering that they were short staffed and that food would take longer than usual it would have been nice. We did get a discount on our meal which was kind. It may be a while until we return.

The beer is OK, it is a great option to have during the summer for first Friday/events downtown. Their guest taps are usually pretty good. I enjoyed the food directly after the remodel but have been disappointed since then, so opt to eat at home instead.
