The staff has always been consistent, courteous, and kind. They've seem a bit understaffed as of late. Meals, food, and things have downsized which has been disappointing. With how well the staff preforms, i hope that they are taken care of too When it comes down to it. It's nice to know if I or the family or friends needs a meal. The local Columbia city Wendy's always pulls through and takes care of us . Thank you local Wendy's staff!
I had made an order on the app. I chose to pick it up and when I got there the door was locked. So I went through the drive thru and let them know I had a mobile order. After it took 4 people to figure out where the order was, a 4th person said it was out in the lobby. So instead of just handing me the order through the drive thru, the young man at the window asked me to pull up. I asked where and he waved his hand out the window and said just somewhere up there. So I pulled up...
One of the employees dropped money on the way to work. I tried to call the store to let her know. I got maybe two words out before I was hung up on. I called back and I was blocked. So much for me being a good person.
