I go to this McDonald's all the time and tonight, the employee taking my order who was clearly newer, refused to take my code so I could earn points. She stated that I have to put an order in on the app for a drive thru or in-store pickup first. Which is not at all true. And then she told me the manager confirmed the same thing. So either she lied or the manager also doesn't know what they were talking about because I use my code ALL the time. So I left and went to Taco Bell instead...read full review
It doesn't have tomatoes, lettuce, it's just bread and meat, why don't they put mayonnaise on them anymore?
every single time you come here you have to pull forward to wait on your food. OR DRINK. once I had my food handed to me at the window and asked to pull forward to wait for my Carmel frappe.. after 5 minutes I went in to ask about it and the guy said it was sitting back there but it was melted so he was gonna make me a new one. I mean seriously yall. get it together 🙄
