“I had a great experience at the Subway on State Street in Columbus, Indiana. The manager does an outstanding job running the store. The staff was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently, even when it was busy. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and my order was made exactly how I wanted it. It's clear the manager takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly and creating a positive atmosphere for both employees and customers. “the food i have ordered here is always good. The workers are always kind and helpful. no complaints for any of them. The main complaint i have is that sometimes when i go here for lunch, it is very busy and the line is slow and i spend my entire lunch period in line. but it's not really their fault that everyone goes here.“

“I was there tonight , August 28,2026 , and the two employees were really busy , between dine in customers, and drive thru . I don’t know their names , one was a petite blonde gal , and the other one , was a tall guy . Anyway,, they did exceptionally well re customer service . The petite gal , and tall guy need to be acknowledged for how well they performed under pressure on a busy Friday afternoon .“
