“The food is fresh. No issues with quality. It's the order accuracy. The forgot ALL my sides, drinks and desserts. I have to ask for them even though they are ordered and paid for and visible on the receipt. No chips, no drinks no cookies. It's just annoying to have to drive back up there & keep asking for items you've paid for. That and I think they are trying to save money on the meats because your sandwich will nearly be a veggie sub. Where's the meats?“
“We walked in late and there were a few people ahead of us. The young man working was filling orders left and right on his own. He took time to listen to what we wanted and made sure it was right. Under pressure he worked diligently and efficiently!“

I did not like the way they treated their customers. Customer service should be respectful, and I felt uncomfortable because of their attitude. There was also a lack of hygiene, which was concerning.
If they continue treating customers this way, it will only hurt the business and cause the owner to lose customers. Nothing may happen to the employees, but the business will suffer. “I've had nothing but great experiences at this Subway. Staff is incredibly friendly and actually cares about getting your order right. Recently had a messed up order and once I was at the store, I realized that it was an app error and not the fault of the store employees. Chris and Tim insisted on remaking it anyway. Also the employees all wear masks, which makes me and my family feel really safe. We drive past six Subways to go to this one. Worth it.“
“This store is clean, has fresh ingredients, and a nice atmosphere. The excellent customer service provided by a cashier named Sabrina is the reason I’ll keep coming back to this specific location! “One of my biggest complaints across all Subways is how little toppings they give you. I find that is generally consistent across the board. However, this location gives you lots and lots of toppings. They know what they’re doing, and want to make your experience positive. I highly recommend this location, there is parking right out front.“

“This location is hit or miss when you need your Subway fix. It’s changed owners again recently I believe. When I visited here last week & the sandwich artist didn’t speak much english but we managed to get through the order..one sandwich at a time. Nice friendly people just a bit on the slow side. Not completely savvy on the food they are selling yet but with practice & time I’m sure they will do fine.“
“I come here all the time and always get my same order: a 6-inch flatbread with provolone, ham, and bacon toasted, baked barbecue chips, and a Dole lemonade. The staff here are always super friendly and get my order perfect every time. My order isn’t super complicated in general. “After a 16-hour drive, this was exactly what we needed.
I ordered the Meal of the Day, the Spicy Italian, and it was amazing. While ordering, I noticed the cheese slices weren't cut into triangles anymore, so I asked the employee about it. He told me Subway had changed that about a year ago. I was surprised because several other Subway locations I've visited still use the triangle-cut cheese.
We also decided to upgrade to the Moana Meal Deal, and it was well worth it.
The food was fresh, the service was friendly, and the employees made for a great experience after a long day of traveling. If the service continues to be this good, I'll definitely make this one of my regular stops whenever I'm passing through. Highly recommended!“

The **service** was top-notch. The Indian female employee who prepared my sub was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had a few specific requests regarding the amount of veggies and sauce, and she accommodated them all with care and precision. It was clear she takes pride in her work and is dedicated to ensuring each customer gets exactly what they ask for.

“I’m a college student in the area, and I had tried this Subway before, but my experience back then wasn’t great, so I stopped going. Recently, a friend told me the store is under new ownership and doing much better, so I decided to give it another try — and wow, what a difference!
I’ve been coming here almost every day for lunch for the past month, and I haven’t had a single complaint. The staff are friendly, the place is clean, and the food is always fresh. I even had a chat with the new owners — they’re doing an amazing job turning this place around.

She consistently checked to make sure it was exactly as I wanted it, when I questioned the price being a bit higher then expected she checked and verified it was correct and didn't get an attitude or be rude about it. Only complaint is the gas station had stuff piled up all over the counter tops and that's the only place to sit and eat so I had to eat in the car. I get it is a gas station but the 5 bar stools and countertop is there to provide a place to eat for the subway guests. This is not her fault, she isn't managment (Maybe she should be 🤔) but if I would have noticed this before I ordered, I wouldnt have ordered and you would have lost my business.
Summary: promote the allstar and tell the gas station to clean there junk up.“

“This Subway is kind of tucked back more than other Subways, but their food is just as fresh!
It's not apart of a strip mall or any other store, which makes it stand apart for sure. Windows encircle nearly the whole lobby which is always completely clean. The employees are always very welcoming and greet with smiles.
Bathrooms are always stocked and kept clean. Oh, forgot to mention, they also have a drive thru!“

“I go here for lunch often. Have never had any issues or complaints with my food. Employees are friendly and keep line moving fast. The only thing I dislike about this location is there is not a public restroom close by without having to ask for a key to use the tower restroom.“
“I've been to a lot of subways around the states. This is the 1st subway with the entire food covered. When I say covered, I mean the whole section covered. They do have microphones you can talk on to better be heard. It makes me wonder if there was a problem with customers wanting to jump the counter. I have no idea what I do know is that despite the plastic cover, the food was just as delicious as all the subways I've been to. Payment is a little complicated but not that bad. There is an ice cream to the left when you enter.“
“This location is actually inside of St. Vincent's Hospital, although you can access it from the outside of the building, as well. There was a good amount of seating available, the line was efficient, the employees were friendly, and the place was extremely clean.
