“I don’t normally leave reviews like this, but the incredible staff at this Subway absolutely deserve it. The ladies who work here are hands-down some of the kindest, most thoughtful people I’ve ever met.

I had called earlier just to ask if they had the Happy Gilmore cup from the special promotion. That’s it—just a quick check. When I showed up later to see what cups they had, they had actually saved the exact one I was hoping for. I never even told them which character I wanted—but somehow, they just knew. That small act of thoughtfulness genuinely meant the world to me.

It’s rare to be treated with that kind of care and attention anywhere, let alone at a fast-food spot. I was truly touched. I can honestly say I’ll never go to another Subway again. This is the one. Loyal for life.

“One of my biggest complaints across all Subways is how little toppings they give you. I find that is generally consistent across the board. However, this location gives you lots and lots of toppings. They know what they’re doing, and want to make your experience positive. I highly recommend this location, there is parking right out front.“

He was very accommodating and flexible, especially when our band director decided to leave town a couple of hours early. Neil's staff came in early to work on our order to get it ready for our new departure time. They were very kind and helpful when we picked up the order. I would definitely order from them again and would recommend them to others.“

Recently had a messed up order and once I was at the store, I realized that it was an app error and not the fault of the store employees. Chris and Tim insisted on remaking it anyway. “This Subway is kind of tucked back more than other Subways, but their food is just as fresh!

It's not apart of a strip mall or any other store, which makes it stand apart for sure. Windows encircle nearly the whole lobby which is always completely clean. The employees are always very welcoming and greet with smiles.

Bathrooms are always stocked and kept clean. Oh, forgot to mention, they also have a drive thru!“

“I often take a route home from work that allows me to stop at the Subway in Cold Spring, MN. The staff try's to move things along so even a bit of a line doesn't really take a lot of extra time. Good bread, fresh tasting produce items, & the staff seems friendly.“

Only complaint is the gas station had stuff piled up all over the counter tops and that's the only place to sit and eat so I had to eat in the car. I get it is a gas station but the 5 bar stools and countertop is there to provide a place to eat for the subway guests. This is not her fault, she isn't managment (Maybe she should be 🤔) but if I would have noticed this before I ordered, I wouldnt have ordered and you would have lost my business.

Summary: promote the allstar and tell the gas station to clean there junk up.“

“I’m a college student in the area, and I had tried this Subway before, but my experience back then wasn’t great, so I stopped going. Recently, a friend told me the store is under new ownership and doing much better, so I decided to give it another try — and wow, what a difference!

I’ve been coming here almost every day for lunch for the past month, and I haven’t had a single complaint. The staff are friendly, the place is clean, and the food is always fresh. I even had a chat with the new owners — they’re doing an amazing job turning this place around.

“Way better than the Linwood Plaza location. Worth it. Very clean store each time I visit. The staff is friendly and they listen to all special requests with no judgements (like me saying 2 pickles and 2 pieces of red onion) lol. And even though I live 500 feet from a Subway, I choose to come to this location!“

“Whenever I visit this subway they are very friendly and talk nicely. Their Veggies,  meat and bread  are so fresh. And the inside of the subway is clean and the smell is so good. I differently go there again and recommend others to go to their subway.“

“I've been to a lot of subways around the states. This is the 1st subway with the entire food covered. When I say covered, I mean the whole section covered. They do have microphones you can talk on to better be heard. It makes me wonder if there was a problem with customers wanting to jump the counter. I have no idea what I do know is that despite the plastic cover, the food was just as delicious as all the subways I've been to. Payment is a little complicated but not that bad. There is an ice cream to the left when you enter.“

“Stopped by this subway while we were in Indianapolis before an event at Lucas Oil. The prices were the same as we paid in KY and UT. The service was fast and efficient. The sub was made correctly and I used a coupon here and there was no problems transacting it. I distinctly recall this subway seemed clean to me, which was amazing since it was 7pm and a steady flow of customers was coming and going. I sense that this location has employees that work hard and do their best.“

“I go here for lunch often. Have never had any issues or complaints with my food. Employees are friendly and keep line moving fast. The only thing I dislike about this location is there is not a public restroom close by without having to ask for a key to use the tower restroom.“
