I generally enjoy Subway, but recently the customer service (across the board) and the online experience has brought me to this. I placed an order online, was readily charged, but couldn't access my order. I tried to contact Subway customer service but lo and behold, nowhere to be found! Ordered online, food was ready at the time they suggested, but our order of two different sandwiches was wrong. They just made two identical sandwiches. We didn’t realize until we were across town, back at home. I went hungry, bc I didn’t want to eat the food I had just paid for. Very disappointed.
