Hate I even had to select a rate just to comment. On 1/16/23 Customer service here was really rude. The female closing the store. On night shift I asked the store closing time & she states 9pm but also made it clear that she was closing the store at 8:30 because she had a newborn to get home too. I called the restaurant around 8:10pm To ask if they were open and she said they were getting ready to close when hours online said till 9 pm but I told her I can make it by 8:23pm and she said that’s fine we will be here till 8:30 and may be process my order. But upon arrival she was very rude and didn’t let me in and ignored the fact that she spoke to me over the phone.
