“So yesterday after my mother-in-laws funeral we wanted somewhere close to eat.. We did call ahead and ask if it were possible and they said sure come on in.. we showed up with i believe 20 of us.. they were amazingly welcoming and took orders and drinks.. food came out pretty quick for 20 orders( great job) and the 2 girls that waited on us were very personal and even helped everyone with the cakes and pies.. thank you to both of the amazing waitresses ( sorry didn't get your names). and the cook staff you guys were amazing.. thank you so much for everything yesterday..”

“The trip here from Lafayette is longer than we usually go for a meal but it was well worth the drive. The service was excellent. Wait staff paid attention to our needs and were actually ahead of our needs and wants. I loved the atmosphere. I felt as if I was stepping back into a fine old 1920 home where all rooms had become dining rooms. The Crab cakes were my favorite part of the meal, along with my dessert, creme brulee. The beef fillet was cooked exactly as i had requested. Too often restaurants don't seem to understand what medium done means. I like brussels sprouts anyhow but the fried version was a new and awesome treat. We will return.”

“We came a little after closing time, but they were awesome and sat us and took care of us. Server was great and helpful. Food was very good. The smokehouse burger was great, the mango pineapple sauce for the coconut shrimp was very tasty. The baked spaghetti half portion was still very filling. Over all great experience, would highly reccomend coming here and eating. The market is also very cool with hand made items priced well.”

“Great smaller place to go with friends or solo. Food was good, hot, fairly priced. Drinks were to order and staff is friendly and attentive. Live music was also a nice touch. (Nick put on a good show at a reasonable volume for the size of the venue). Will be back.”

“My absolute favorite place to get ice cream. I would drive an hour just to get a chili dog! The homemade chili is phenomenal. My husband and I have a date day here at least once a week. He always tries a new scoop of ice cream and hasn't found one he doesn't like. I love the milkshakes and how thick they are. Also, the sundaes are amazing as well. I always get the hot fudge with caramel added.”

“Ok so this place has a tendency 2 get really busy/crowded on the weekends. After all, it is a bar n the most popular 1 n this small town! So small that the bar is bout the only place 2 go 2 when being an adult here! However the owners as well as the staff is extremely nice n never stop serving u throughout the night at all unless u tell them that ur done 4 the night of course. There's 2 dart boards n 1 pool table at this location.”

“Waitress always right to table. Foid is great service outstanding. Pirtions are good as well. It would be nice uf it was easier to get wheelchair in. They have 2 doors to get through. Kinda hard with a wheelchair. Customers or staff usually help with that also.”

The whole staff did a great job and I appreciate the pleasant experience. It’s not often I get to come back to Connersville but, I always do get some Pizza King while I am here. To the customer who was rude, loud and made a complete fool of himself: clearly you have never worked in the food industry and have no patience, sympathy or grace. I understand that your food was cold (as does everyone in the building) You don’t have to get hateful or loud. They fixed it and in my opinion made it right and still somehow you managed to continue to complain to the lady who was with you. Do better Sir. Be grateful and appreciative because they did show up to work and were doing the best they could.”

“Food selection is adequate for the $9 dinner price. Was very happy with the quality with the understanding of the difficulties of operating a buffet in this day and age. Service was very good and attentive. Very clean tables, floors, and buffet lines. Food was rotated frequently. Just wish there was Alittle music!”
