I just came thru the drive thru. I messed up and wanted a different quantity of an item. The lady over the speaker was patient, professional, and handled the situation well. I would have just taken the original quantity but I didn't have enough money. Thank you for correcting my order and I'm sorry I was a pain! (12/07/23, 11:35-ish)

McDonald's is a popular restaurant known for its quick and friendly service. The Connersville location has received mixed reviews, with some customers reporting poor service and inconsistent orders, while others have had positive experiences with the patient and professional drive-thru staff. The restaurant has recently undergone renovations, with the new design feeling more cramped to some customers. However, the drive-thru has become quicker, no longer causing traffic issues. Customers continue to praise the food, and the myth of the ice cream machine being constantly broken has been debunked. Overall, the restaurant maintains a solid reputation, with a loyal customer base.
