Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch, and it was bland, and now I drive the extra 10 minutes to go to Radcliff or Etown to get it right. Hopefully the right person sees this, and can fix it. Corporate would not like the taste this store is churning out compared to others in the area.
I stop at this location almost daily. The team here is so friendly and helpful. They even know me by name and that makes a great impression of the attention to deal this crew has. Thanks folks for a great experience?
