The wonderful lady mopping the floor made us feel like we were in a small family business
Very slow service on my visit.
2 guys working, 1 other customer in the lobby and 2 cars in the drive-through.
I ordered my 2 burritos and was greeted by an employee who told me there were 3 pages of orders ahead of mine. I asked what that meant and he said there were online orders they were fulfilling ahead of customers that are in the restaurant.
I said fine and waited about 15 min for my food and left.
HORRIBLE COORPORATE POLICY!

Food was sloppy, no knives to even try and cut it up, tortillas hard as rocks, long wait for seemingly no reason, freezing cold. I threw my food out. I go to Taco Bell all the time, this one needs work.
