First time going to Chick-fil-A in Crown Point and my chicken breast was overcooked almost burnt. The sun joy was a little off too. Should have known it was going to be a bad experience when I couldn't tap my phone to pay and the young lady said "Yeah it does that sometimes" Worked just fine at the McDonald's across the way. I'll keep going to Merrillville and Schererville. Never had a bad experience at either one of those locations
I always know the food will be fresh and hot at Chick-fil-A. Customer service if exceptional. And when I was last there Anna was very friendly and by her smile and energy I can tell she loved her job and the coworkers she was working with. A great team!
