My wife and I live 40 min away from Texas Roadhouse but decided to make the drive last night for a nice dinner together after receiving a gift card from a family member. Upon arriving we had to listen to the girls at the front desk argue over who would be serving us and where we would be sat, after five minutes of standing there they finally found a server to take care of us who was the most rude individual I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant setting. Orman is a NWI treasure! What a FANTASTIC person! We had lunch today with my in laws, sister in law, brother in law, nephews and my son. My son even told me "Leave that man a 5 star review!" 😆
Our food was good but the service is what made our experience today. Orman was kind, friendly, thorough, fun, and even shared a little of his life with us.
My sister and her kids love TR and I told them it's worth taking the trip from Portage to this location just to dine with Orman.
The service was spot on, there was no wait time and every employee was respectful and very nice. we made it to this Texas roadhouse to help the Fransician Breast Cancer Center with Pam and what a fun night it was! Thank you I highly recommend thia texas roadhouse as the food was all amazing! I have been at this location 3 times and never had any issues, perfection.
