Orman is a NWI treasure! What a FANTASTIC person! We had lunch today with my in laws, sister in law, brother in law, nephews and my son. My son even told me "Leave that man a 5 star review!" 😆
Our food was good but the service is what made our experience today. Orman was kind, friendly, thorough, fun, and even shared a little of his life with us.
My sister and her kids love TR and I told them it's worth taking the trip from Portage to this location just to dine with Orman.
The service was spot on, there was no wait time and every employee was respectful and very nice. we made it to this Texas roadhouse to help the Fransician Breast Cancer Center with Pam and what a fun night it was! Thank you I highly recommend thia texas roadhouse as the food was all amazing! I have been at this location 3 times and never had any issues, perfection.
I do not normally leave a bad review but in this case I must, my husband and I were there for our anniversary dinner and it was ruined. We both ordered Texas Combos, my ribeye was medium rare, when I ordered it medium and it was overwhelmingly seasoned along with the shrimp. My husband asked for A1 and some cocktail sauce and we did not get it until the end of our meal. Our server barely checked on us and really did not care.
