Placed an order 4 days ago (!) for 6-pack of cookies to be delivered today and just now got a cancelation text that they can't fulfill the order. Not good customer service.
twisted sugar is hands-down delicious! my son, brother and i love to head over on a saturday to scope out the cookies of the month and their enormous list of unique drinks. highly recommend for anyone who wants a little treat to satisfy a sweet tooth, and the staff are incredibly pleasant.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! don’t waste your time or your money. Drove out to try the butterbeer drinks, they were out. Which would have been fine but I ordered, paid, and then WAITED 15 mins before they told me they were out. If I knew while placing the order I would have left and came a different day. So then I had to choose something different on the spot for 3 people and then STILL HAD TO WAIT 15 more mins. People were getting bits and pieces of their orders.
