Beyond rude. Cussed out my grandparents on Christmas Eve only to find out they ended up giving us the wrong order.
Have ordered from robs for family gatherings. Never a bad experience. From subs for football games, beef for holidays, and excellent choices on deli salads. We’re big fans of Robs and order over and over again from them.
