We typically love it here. However, we had an easily avoidable issue yesterday. The app only allows the "call ahead" for up to 6. We had a party of 12. So, we called the location to ask if they could accommodate a party of 12. We kept getting placed on hold by 3 different employees only to be told they can't give a time estimate until we are physically there (15+minutes btw of employee after employee). Every time we place an order items are forgotten. I don’t remember the last time I was able to acquire the entire order with just one trip to Dyer. I place the order for pick up to save time actually cooking and I also don’t have time to drive multiple times back and forth from Hammond. Regardless of good the food is, if the items are forgotten it makes for a terrible experience.
