Deliciously wonderful at a great price
So we went to bougaties a few weeks ago me the wife the kid all wanted a quality meal in st charles the wife wanted a steak so I googled where to go luckily we had our hotel at amerastar we just had to make a few steps to ya know happy life happy wife we made a reservation the receptionist had no idea how to handle that the feeling of what they consider fine dining was dim like they can't replace the carpet dim our server was a woman named allison she was verry polite and accountable...read full review
Horrible service. Our waiter ignored us and we waited over 30 minutes for salty food. My calamari was burned and hard. The manager gave us 20% off. My food should have been taken off but it was a friend be. Birthday so I just stopped complaining. I do not recommend this place. Overpriced!! Our server took our order and we never saw him again.
