I was suffering from a hangover earlier that morning, and a friend suggested I order a Specialty drink called the “ Hangover “……AND IT WORKED, I started to feel better INSTANTLY.The whole staff looked fit and healthy which led me to inquire about the nutrition aspect of the shop. They were all so friendly and knowledgeable about the benefits of the products sold, and how to lose weight!! I will be returning!“

“What an amazing find in the middle of the charming Whiting downtown! “Main Street” vibes and right as I walked in the door I was greeted by the two lovely team members, kind and helpful and when I told them it was my first time in and asked for suggestions, both were knowledgeable and able to articulate so well!I ordered the super unique pistachio protein shake…so wonderful! Great texture, unique flavor and actually massive! I was so full after and it took me a long time to finish, great from first to last drop!I also tried their protein bites and they were super tasty, really quite filling as well.In the back of the location there is a fitness studio, where they were setting up a Christmas market! I met with the owner and she is simply amazing…cares about her guests, product and vibes of the location, someone who is truly proud to be part of the community…..we need more of this throughout this wonderful country of ours!Will I be back? They also have a second location in Hegewisch that the owner's son operates. That location also provides the same excellent service!“

“Top Tier is a small local business that gives great service and protein shakes. You'll never enter and not be greeted with a friendly smile. Parking can be a bit scary because car just come out of nowhere at times but overall this place is the best protein bar around.“

“I've been coming to this location for years. I get supplements sometimes, but mainly the juices. I love the juices. I wish they can be more consistent with the juices. They use to pull out the book to get exactly the amount of ingredients and the right ingredients they needed to make a drink. Now they do not and the taste of the drink is always different.“
