Customer service was A-1. She took my order last minute ( I had a huge order ) which I appreciate and half of these black owned restaurants would not do that. I did find a little piece of something odd in the spaghetti. I’m not sure what it was or if it was a piece of the herbs from the spaghetti but it was a light brown color of wood. Besides that error , ALL of the food tasted good, I would revisit if I visited east Chicago again. The peach cobbler was superb, fish seasoned...
AMAZING!!!!!! Auntie throw down fasho. She make everyone feel warm and welcomed! It’s really rare that you see the owner of establishment but she all hands on deck! Every time I come here she’s taking my order, having me try new things or throwing something in the bag lol. ITS DELICIOUS!!!! SHE WONT DISAPPOINT
