Placed an order over the phone. The food still wasn’t ready by the time I got there. They forgot to put my pop in my bag so I had to drive back. Also, when I got home I started to eat and I noticed they shorted me 2 wings out of a 10 piece meal. Then told me to just come back AGAIN the next day for just 2 wings. That’s how they compensate for making mistakes. Never ordering from that location again. Good people skills but bad service.

It was 12:00 they close at 1 and they did not want to take my order ?..

Slow and lazy employees…. Horrible for Uber eats drivers… they don’t prepare the order until you are there so you are sitting for 20-30 minutes. Don’t bother accepting orders from here

Horrible service, was in the drive through for 40 minutes with no movement for a simple 12 piece wing, food wasn't even done when I finally got to the window, just had to drive away, such a shame

Watch out because they tried to charge me a dollar to put my food in a styrofoam tray like it usually comes any other time instead of a paper tray.

I went here and the food was very bad. They didn't even give me my order even though I paid them. They gave me food that was expired. No thank you.

My wife ordered through instacart for a pickup. On every single occasion the food is tracked and marked as available for pickup. I always give it an extra 20 minutes because it is NEVER ready. Each time I order I do it early and earlier. I've even called my order in at times. Why won't they just say give us an hour or hour and a half? I've hosted events at my house on multiple occasions and gotten started late because the food isn't ready. I won't complain about the food. It's been good. But my time is just as important at my money. Be patient when ordering.

only problem is the fries be to soggy try cooking them in corn meal or something u know they need to have a little crunch to it the chicken be burnt sometimes I guess it depends on which cooker is there i believe the cooker that wears the scarf over his head n looks like Silvio from the sopranos need more lessons on frying chicken

Decent food nice people, i like ordering the chicken wings with the hot sauce on the side for dipping, sometimes with lemon pepper seasoning.
The yogurt dipped green grapes are fire too.
