“We went with Hickory Hillz BBQ for our wedding back in October of 2024. We had them cater from the Food Truck due to the limited space available at our venue. The food was DELICIOUS but they were over an hour late to my wedding so idk if I would completely recommend them. 🤷🏼‍♀️ They did throw in two complementary meals for me and my husband to get for them being late so that was nice.“

However my wife convinced me to come back and This time around my food came out quickly and was cooked perfect. My whole family had a great time. So I asked my server who the cook was.
