The food, service and ambience of Artisan is over the top positive. Our second time there and it was every bit as amazing as our first experience there when visiting Elkhart in early July.

My first time visiting Artisan was nice, but a bit disappointing and it may be to no fault of the restaurant. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly, which was appreciated. We went with the server's recommendation of Artisan Salad as a starter. It was light and refreshing. The Steak Chimichurri was our favorite and we even ordered a second helping, it was that good. Nice charred edges and creamy polenta to compliment. Our man was Black Cod w/ black rice and broccolini. The cod was tender, w/ interesting miso glaze and the broccolini was grilled nicely. I had a dirty martini which was good, but not notable. The interiors are a bit dated, but simple and somewhat elegant. Very quiet atmosphere for a Saturday night. I wonder if competition from up and coming restaurants is affecting their business. Artisan is good, but feels like a place that was once a hot spot, but has lost a bit of it's edge.

My husband raved about the pork ribeye. My shrimp risotto was nice. Needed a slice of lemon to sharpen it up a bit. Waitress was attentive.

Had an amazing dinner for My Daughter Gabriella‘s 13th birthday. The entire staff made her feel so special. Our service was superb. Cassandra did not disappoint. She made Gabi feel extremely special. Thank you so much to chef Chris for the amazing crab cake and mussels. My burger was cooked to perfection!! And my husband‘s black cod melted in your mouth!!! Thanks to Reagan for the cute flowers waiting on the table and to Jessica for the special menu she made for Gabi!!! All staff was amazing that day our waters always stay full thanks to Landon Isabella.never missed a beat cleariing our plates crumming our table. We even got a chance to meet the new staff, Frank, Abby and Emma I recommend Artisan for any occasion definitely five star service!!!

I joined a good friend for dinner at artisan on saturday night. The food was excellent and the staff was very welcoming. My server, Madison, was very attentive and offered great menu recommendations. Looking forward to future visits!
The food is exceptional at Artisan, but the service really pushes it over the top. The staff are all so friendly and engaging. Our server Cassie F was phenomenal. The burgers and filet were perfectly cooked and the Crème Brûlée is always the best!

I had the onion soup which is a usual favorite of mine. I love the creamy consistency and the presentation. I tried the shrimp risotto with lobster broth and parmesan. It was rich, decadent, and delicious. For dessert, I had the dark chocolate mousse and it was heavenly. I highly recommend Artisan to catch up with old friends, celebrate new ones, or any occasion.

Always a great experience @ Artisan! Ordered drinks but the bar was busy and there was a slight delay. Waitress just walked up and took off the first round of drinks because of the wait. Wow!
