Incredible food, and great service, even during a very busy Friday evening. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue is a little noisy in the building when it was as full as it was. More difficult to have conversations across the table, but we did have a table of 8 so it was understandable. I would recommend doing a quieter evening during the week because the food was worth the visit.
The food and service were both outstanding! I had one of the best Mac and Cheese (with shrimp) ever and my wife had salmon which was also delicious. The French Onion soup was amazing too. Make a reservation if you're going. There were none left when we wanted to go (to see a show in town). They got us in after a half-hour and served us quickly so we wouldn't miss the start of the show. I don't live in Elkhart but definitely worth making the drive to go back to 523. Our service was very good and our meals were prepared as ordered. Delicious!!! The side salad was large enough for us to share, and it was delicious, too. I love the bread, a must have... We will definitely return.
