Kind of pricy, plus the food has a taste of it's own.... which we did not like ! Not a place that I would recommend .
Love this place! Good food, service, and atmosphere. My husband and I go there every couple of weeks. We love the patio seating on warmer days. Inside dining is a little cramped in these times but not uncomfortable. Patrons are an interesting group so there are definitely people watching opportunities. Try the Soul Bowl, double cheeseburger, smoked potatoes, or the smoked half chicken. The sides could use a little improvement but still good. We have never had a bad meal or a bad time at Bacon Hill. Can’t wait until they open for lunch again!
Omg they are knocking it out of the park here. Drinks are great food is awesome atmosphere is perfect and the staff is so friendly I felt like I was at home will be back again and again. I think we found a new regular spot
One of our favorite places to eat. The owners are awesome and they’ve created an amazing menu. Great food + Great people = Amazing place to eat!
Great food and service! The smoked wings are yummy, especially with the Carolina white sauce. Definitely recommend!
Cool industrial-like atmosphere. Staff is always on point. Mixed drinks are well-made. I'm a fan of the mules. Food is always delicious-I haven't eaten anything I didn't like here.
My first and last visit to this restaurant, i ordered the chicken sandwich and it was so bad, it was burnt and black on the inside i tried to tear a piece off and it was hard as a rock. Also my kids chicken tenders were over cooked. I'm from georgia as well as the owners of the restaurant and i'm embarrassed because the south is known for good fried food and it was not. I suggest they get a better cook.
Great food! Great staff! It's not your typical bar food at all. Way better!
great food. nice patio area
Very good service plus enjoyed our dinners. Was disappointed the Pork Belly Bundt Ends were out, but that's what you expect sometimes with good, homemade bbq... it's not an unlimited supply. Will go back next time we're in Elkhart.

Great service and the brisket is amazing
Great bbq AND sides (which isn’t always the case). Good craft beer selection. They can get busy so come early or be prepared for a wait. Bring back the pimento cheese bacon fritters!
If anyone asked what there is to eat in Elkhart, most people would suggest this as a top pick. It's widely praised by anyone you hear talk about it. Why is it, then, that every time I have ate there it has been a truly bad experience. Any side is fried for too long in old oil. the entrees are sloppy, poorly thought out pieces, with no flavor or varying texture besides maybe a pickle, which is, as stated, flavorless. There is almost nothing redeeming to say about this place. Maybe the goal is that people get drunk and don't notice you're paying 15 dollars for a frisco melt that is supremely outdone by even steak n shake. Just saying, this food is subpar and the owner/chef should redesign their entire menu.
Highly disappointed in my meal after reading reviews. My favorite part of my meal was the orange slice on my oberon. Our cheese curds were left in the fryer a little too long, had difficulty piercing them with a fork. I ordered a porky melt with fries. My fries were cold, soggy, extremely salty, and tasted stale. My sandwich was cold, soggy, and mushy. I tried their pickle slices and they were mushy and had no flavor.
Pretty good BBQ. Big portions. Nice, clean restaurant with a modern feel. You can eat insides or outside.
