Friendly service. Big portions. Good food
I have enjoyed dining at Rico's for a couple years...always great food, amazing service, and never feel rushed when chatting with ftiends. I am a huge fan of the fish basket...their slaw is my absolute favorite in Elkhart!! Apple walnut salad is my next favorite item.

Rico's at the Bulldog is a cozy spot with great food and service. The mushroom Swiss burgers, cheeseburgers, and waffle fries are recommended, along with the pierogis and Pasta Aglio e Olio with Chicken. The Dog Burger is also a solid choice. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-owned, with servers providing excellent service, keeping drinks full and even offering coloring books for kids. The prices are extremely affordable, and the food quality remains high. While there may not be a cocktail menu, the drinks are still enjoyable. The salads are big with diverse toppings, and the blue cheese dressing is a standout. It's a place worth trying out, with a warm environment that makes it a staple for locals.
