We used Ben's Pretzels for our late night snack for our daughter's wedding in Granger, IN. Tiffany was so accommodating and her customer service was superior. Our guests were absolutely blown away with how good the pretzels were. They were fresh, hot, huge and tasty and they also provided us with individual cheese cups and threw in a couple trays of the buggy bites at no charge. So on Saturday, September 16th, I had to have a pretzel (or two). I was near the Concord Mall and figured this is right where I needed to be. Went in to buy my pretzels and had a great experience. Diana and Jacey were well prepared with plenty of very fresh product. They were attentive, moved quickly to assist me, and never quit smiling. Thought I might make them a little nervous when I ended up buying 7 or 8 pretzels (for some guys in the parking lot), but they weren't fazed...read full review
