We used Ben's Pretzels for our late night snack for our daughter's wedding in Granger, IN. Tiffany was so accommodating and her customer service was superior. Our guests were absolutely blown away with how good the pretzels were. They were fresh, hot, huge and tasty and they also provided us with individual cheese cups and threw in a couple trays of the buggy bites at no charge. They were delivered to our venue at the exact time we requested. We froze a few of the leftover pretzels after the wedding and we were amazed at how good the pretzels were re-heated on the oven grate at 350 degrees for about 7 to 10 minutes.
Didnt open at noon. Girl was rude and ignored is for 10 mins and then told us they are not opening for another 15 minutes.

They made an unsalted pretzel for us. With a sweet mustard dipping sauce it made a lovely snack to share.
