I just stopped by for the first time in 27 years and the food is still just as delicious! It’s nice to see that they have taken great care of the place while keeping its original things like the bar that give is such character.
Love this local gem. My favorite menu item is the white chicken chili. It was a bit runny with very little chicken or beans last time we had it to go. Hoping that was just an off day. Deep fried tenderloin is also fantastic.
Super clean no wait for seating or food service very good.
Parking: Was late the drive from NJ to Iowa was getting taxing. Saw this stopped was surprised and had good time.
