“I pulled up yesterday around the time I normally get lunch. I used to be obsessed with the number 6 but now it's the hot Chicken Bacon ranch. Anyways I pulled up and the drive through line was too long and I was actually unable to join. The parking lot seemed mostly empty so I was like not a big deal I'll go inside. Not going to lie the place was packed. Now that wouldn't normally be a big deal but the pace of food being prepared is no longer "freaky fast". I imagine it's due to the new hot sandwiches having to be cooked. Anyways, this location rocks when it comes to customer service and quality of food but is SLOW when preparing the food. Im an avid JJs customer don't mind the extra wait at this location since it's close to home but when they are full I will not wait as it will take about 20 extra minutes to receive your food instead of the 7 to 10 minutes. Nothing "freaky fast" about that.“
“Whenever I'm passing through for lunch, I come here. The people here are friendly and work fast.Just today I came in and one of the guys greeted me with a smile. I got a vito sandwich and the guy has it ready before I finished paying! Dude is faster than the card reader.“
“I wanted to share that the cashier that had his hair pulled back in a bun with a nose piercing went above and beyond while having my food prepared. I have a gluten sensitivity and I really appreciate him having the lady make my sandwich change her gloves. He also checked to see if a sauce on one of the wraps had gluten in it. Exceptional service!
