“My last visit might have been my best visit to Jimmy Johns. I've always had good service but my last visit was especially great. It might have been the friendliest service I've received anywhere this year. Additionally, my sub was packed with ingredients. I could've easily eaten half of the sandwich and been full for hours, but I couldn't stop eating it.“
“This is a GREAT JIMMY JOHN's. My daughters and I were on our way to Chicago for the weekend and I accidentally left my card there. I didn't realize it until we got to our hotel. The manager put it in their safe and no charges have been made on it. THANK YOU for being an HONEST business. Hats off to you and your employees!! Our food was great too.“

“I was in need of dinner for a large group of family gathered at the hospital yesterday. I called Jimmy John's and spoke to the manager. The restaurant was able to prepare a 30-piece box for us with only a couple hours notice. The sandwiches were delicious and very neat and organized. They included mustard & mayo packets, plates and napkins too. Thank you for taking some of the stress away from our family during a difficult time!“
“Freaky fast does not just apply to their delivery, it also applies to to their customer service! I have eaten at various Jimmy John locations too many times to count and have never had an issue with something I ordered in the store. Today I decided to try their online ordering because I was too busy to leave work for lunch. The food was delivered less than 10 minutes from when I ordered it, but unfortunately my sub came with tomato and onion on it when I asked for it without. I was disappointed since I had never had a problem with my order before, but I didn't want to call and wait for a new sandwich so I picked off the toppings I didn't want. I decided to leave some feedback on the website and was called within 5 minutes of submitting my feedback by someone in their corporate office. Then the store manager called me not even an hour later to personally apologize and offer me a credit for the amount I spent next time I call and order something. Now that is incredible customer service!! I wanted to return the favor and quickly write a review of my great experience. All restaurants make mistakes from time to time, but very few restaurants take the time to remedy them and keep their customers happy. Jimmy Johns definitely has my business!“

“Food is always very good. However, I can't wait for Jimmy John's to get a new gluten-free alternative besides lettuce, which kind of drowns out the flavor of the meat and toppings. Other than that, pretty tasty and super convenient.“
“Had a great experience at this Jimmy John’s for a big catering order. I called the night before requesting subs for a tailgate the next day. Clair helped me with the order and she was amazing!! She individually packaged all of the toppings to make sure everything stayed fresh for the tailgate the next day. Clair is the best and we had the best subs!“
