“I had forgotten my wallet and it had lots of cash in it. I looked around all day for it and then I realized I might’ve left it at Jimmy John’s. The very nice people there had started in the back for me to come get it. They also gave me a free sub card, which was really really nice. Their sandwiches are great. Everyone there is super nice. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice tasty lunch!“
“Staff was awesome in taking care of my mistake as i ordered wrong. Very friendly, it was late at night and they didn't seem bothered that I put them out although I know I was surely a huge inconvenience. Thank you for great service and going above and beyond!“

“My son and I were at this location when a large storm that required us to seek shelter came through. The workers were were kind, helpful and made a scary situation seem more like an adventure. We appreciate them. The sandwiches were great too!“
“Ordered my #5 without tomatoes....employee was busy on phone making evening plans....You could have saved yourself a tomato as I didn't want one, felt sandwich wasn't as good as usual. Skimped on products. Check orders better, please.“
“Absolutely amazing store!!!! I order here around a dozen times every month for my office when we get lunches for clients. We often submit large orders with substitutions and sometimes have multiple orders in one day. I can’t imagine the volume of orders they get besides us being downtown and the food still manages to get here super quickly. Every one of their employees I’ve interacted with have been very friendly and helpful as well. Not to mention the food comes out great every time. They definitely deserve recognition for all their hard work—thank you!!“
“This was not the worst sub shop I've ever experienced. But still, I Ordered extra turkey on sub, instead got less (1 thin small piece that didn't even cover the whole sub sandwich), but paid for the extra turkey!
The service was ok, but I did indeed saw a worker (young teen) throwing food at another while preparing a sandwich. That really didn't bother me as much as getting (1) that's right ONE small turkey slice on my sub! I just wish i had taken a picture of the sub and the inside as proof.
Per the owner's response, I was harsh and not completely fair in my review. The food really did taste good other than below average meat (1 small slice in the whole sub and no extra for extra meat). I went next door to Family Fare Grocery and had to spend an extra $4.99 for extra meat which I shouldn't had to do. But I did go back the next day for an explanation, which none was given. No coupon or anything was offered.
My original rating was only 1 star, but because the owner didn't chastise me for telling what I have seen and my experience there, I'm changing my review to 4 stars instead of 1.
You see this was the very 1st time I had ever been in JJ's, and I guess I expected a pleasant experience. You know what they say, FIRST IMPRESSIONS are lasting,“

Slowest Jimmy John’s around! Consistently takes 30+ minutes for any online order. Walk ins will get served and made while I’m waiting for an online order placed 20 mins ago. (And the app says it’s ready) No one asks what I’m waiting for or anything.“
“Price vs serving size wasn't the best for the picklewich sandwich, basically a large pickle with meat and cheese but its exactly what you would expect. The employees were very helpful, friendly and professional. Table could use a cleaning more often, not to big of a deal since its a sandwich in a wrapper! Overall satisfied. Oh and the pickle chips are awesome!!!“

“Just wanted to give a special thanks to the employee working today who made sure I got my order delivered to my house when another location nearby couldn’t fulfill it due to not having a delivery driver - I live around the corner, so despite being out of their deliver zone they helped out!!“
“Of all the sandwich shops I know of, I prefer Jimmy Johns the most. I think they're a tiny bit more expensive but the quality and taste improvent over other places makes it worth it. I wish there were more locations in my area to be able to eat there more often than I currently do.“
“We were greeted coming in the door. Food was ready fast. Toasted chicken bacon ranch was hot and delicious.
Rare place where everyone seemed to actually enjoy working here. There were some new employees, but the trainers seemed to be helpful instead of just barking commands at underlings.
Highly recommended. I'm sure there are hiccups on busy days, but this type of teamwork is really nice to see these days.“
