“We were greeted coming in the door. Food was ready fast. Toasted chicken bacon ranch was hot and delicious.

Rare place where everyone seemed to actually enjoy working here. There were some new employees, but the trainers seemed to be helpful instead of just barking commands at underlings.

Highly recommended. I'm sure there are hiccups on busy days, but this type of teamwork is really nice to see these days.“

“I had forgotten my wallet and it had lots of cash in it. I looked around all day for it and then I realized I might’ve left it at Jimmy John’s. The very nice people there had started in the back for me to come get it. They also gave me a free sub card, which was really really nice. Their sandwiches are great. Everyone there is super nice. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice tasty lunch!“

“Absolutely amazing store!!!! I order here around a dozen times every month for my office when we get lunches for clients. We often submit large orders with substitutions and sometimes have multiple orders in one day. I can’t imagine the volume of orders they get besides us being downtown and the food still manages to get here super quickly. Every one of their employees I’ve interacted with have been very friendly and helpful as well. Not to mention the food comes out great every time. They definitely deserve recognition for all their hard work—thank you!!“

Slowest Jimmy John’s around! Consistently takes 30+ minutes for any online order. Walk ins will get served and made while I’m waiting for an online order placed 20 mins ago. (And the app says it’s ready) No one asks what I’m waiting for or anything.“

“Man what! Came in the day after Christmas at 1:00 pm. At first I went to the Arby’s across the street. The worker was very rude to the customer I front of me so I can hear instead. GREAT MOVE! I got a toasted roast beef and cheddar no horseradish sub spicy mayo. Boy I ate so good. The workers were laughing and all in high spirits.

Great customer service! Great food makers! Great experience!

“Price vs serving size wasn't the best for the picklewich sandwich, basically a large pickle with meat and cheese but its exactly what you would expect. The employees were very helpful, friendly and professional. Table could use a cleaning more often, not to big of a deal since its a sandwich in a wrapper! Overall satisfied. Oh and the pickle chips are awesome!!!“

“Of all the sandwich shops I know of, I prefer Jimmy Johns the most. I think they're a tiny bit more expensive but the quality and taste improvent over other places makes it worth it. I wish there were more locations in my area to be able to eat there more often than I currently do.“
