“Can't really say on the service since I ordered through the website.. But it did tell me it would let me know when it was ready which it didn't.
It was my first time here, didn't realize you had to go up to the counter to tell them you have a pick up order.. I thought they put on the rack for pickup orders.. Otherwise everything else was good!“

“Love this location. I've never been able to have a jimmy John's so close to me til I started living where I live now. Great team here, always nice. Never gets my order wrong and it's always so good and fast I'm never dissatisfied with the quality. They helped me find my order on the little pickup rack one day when I was in a rush and seen the employee's name on it but mistakenly thought it was that person's order not that they made it ? a stupid mistake to make, and a small instance overall but worth mentioning because they helped quickly and with no attitude before I even had to ask.“
