Hadn't been there for years but now it's under New Management and it's much better than it used to be. I've been stopping by once a week for the last month and I've always gotten fresh fish no matter what time I stop by.

The wait was minimal and the food was fresh and hot. I used the drive thru. The new Jumbo shrimp weren't so Jumbo, bit they were tender and the batter was crispy.

My order was to go. By the time I got home my fries(which I asked to be made fresh) where old and soggy. They were definitely not made freshMy chicken planks where cold. I ate it, but LJS you can do better!

I haven't eaten here at any LJ Slivers for over 25 years. Boy was I surprised when I decided to just try them. I had their 15 pc battered shrimp and 6 pc fish. Fantastic the both are. Crispy batter and lg portions. So I'd say if you're on the fence give them a chance you'll be surprised.

Our experience was absolutely awful! They were short staffed, so they closed at 8pm. We ordered at 6:33pm. The woman running the register all but told us to hurry up. She also went to the table next to us and asked for their receipt so they could refund their Cod because they had other things to do and were "closing very soon" so they didn't have time to make it. When she brought our food out to us, I asked her again what time they were closing at, and she said 8pm. I replied "it's only 6:40 and you keep saying you are closing very soon". She said "it's because we have so much to do and there are only 2 of us here". She then went and locked the doors. As we were leaving, a woman came to the door to come in and eat. I told her the customer service sucks and she would be rushed. She thanked me and left!

Very disappointed with pricing, it said on line that cod plate with fries was 6.00 taco plate the same....when we went to pay, since the doors were closed, we had to go thru the drive thru. It was 25.00 not what was represented in the advertisement. Never ever again.
