Food was good but seemed to take awhile. Was asked to move to window to place my order. She said she couldn't hear...maybe raise the speaker up to window level instead of on the ground
The 2 ladies that took care of at 330 today were the sweetest thank you for caring and being so respectful to me
The employees are always incredibly kind and friendly. Many employees recognize me every time I come in, and they always make sure to thank me personally for being a frequent customer. The people are great and the food is amazing. I have never had an issue with my food in my over 50-ish visits at this location, something I cannot say for any other restaurant I've ever been to.

Long John Silver's, now under new management, has improved significantly. The restaurant consistently serves fresh fish, regardless of the time of day. The drive-thru service is efficient, and the food is hot and fresh. The new Jumbo shrimp are tender and crispy, although not as large as expected. The staff are nice, and the place is clean. However, some orders may not meet expectations, such as cold or soggy food. Customers have had an "unbelievable experience" with the food being "amazingly fresh, hot, and extremely good." The service is fast and surprising in its quality. Though there have been a few issues with missing items, the overall experience has been positive, with the owners encouraged to reward the great service.
