Long John Silver's, now under new management, has improved significantly. The restaurant consistently serves fresh fish, regardless of the time of day. The drive-thru service is efficient, and the food is hot and fresh. The new Jumbo shrimp are tender and crispy, although not as large as expected. The staff are nice, and the place is clean. However, some orders may not meet expectations, such as cold or soggy food. Customers have had an "unbelievable experience" with the food being "amazingly fresh, hot, and extremely good." The service is fast and surprising in its quality. Though there have been a few issues with missing items, the overall experience has been positive, with the owners encouraged to reward the great service.
