My order was wrong so I came back to wait another hour while the manager tried to wrangle multiple new hires. The manager was polite but her staff had multiple cases of the stink eye. Music is so loud the bass rattles the walls but I imagine theres another reason for lack of communication. Shame on the owner for throwing this manager to the wolves.

Had to call to report that a DoorDasher stole my pizza. The manager was so sweet, and not only got ahold of DD to report them, but also made me a whole new pizza and had it delivered to me. So grateful for their kindness. Thanks Papa John's for coming through for my family.

Ordered for delivery. Man who delivered the pizza was nice. Great tasting pizza! Got the new tavern crust and it was one of the best tasting pizzas! The sauce was just so good for some reason too. I've had Papa Johns a lot from multiple locations, but this was the best pizza of them.
