Too many incompetent employees at this location.
Friendly and professional. I’ve never had a beverage that was not made correctly or immediately adjusted if necessary.
Store was dirty, no cream and barista gave me a short cup full and only needed a little. Same with person behind us. Brew of the day was pike and it was lukewarm. Not friendly at all. I never complain but the customer service was awful and they weren’t even busy. I have four friends that are managers at Starbucks stores and even one is the district manager and none of them would ever let this happen to their store. The store needs major training .
