Made a visit to this morning probably friendly people, but could barely understand the person taking my order. Need somebody a little more assertive and friendly at the drive-thru window. Used a coupon code for a free sandwich with purchase, and was told the store manager does not accept those at this location. Bad deal. Won't be returning to this store
I usually have great service and food about 70% of the time. It's times like this that make me frustrated. This is what they gave me for my 4yo Happy Meal. The burger and paper were covered in ketchup. I had to scrape off even more ketchup on the burger because it was so loaded.Definitely wasnt happy about this.

Staff is very rude, they don't respond most of the time but when they do its curt and with a "whatever" attitude. what happen to the days with even minimal customer service, I say have a good day and thank you at the drive through and I can't get even close to the same curtesy.
