Asked for a side of cheese, asked for Arby's sauce, i asked for honey mustard. What I got was 4 packs ofthree peppersauce. It was a $30 order. I don't think i was a large order for a Friday. There was more wrong but it feels petty to keep complaining.
DoorDash review. They are short staffed. It is what it is. They had a mad customer come in and try and complain about being told she had to wait longer. Frustrating I know. After she left the manager comes out and gives everyone inside a free meal card because of the disturbance. That is why I will always come back. Great people working inside. I like how big the lobby area is and how open the seating area is as well. They have several different kinds of table arrangements for any size of group you may have. There's a TV at the back of seating area that was on when I was there and it was just the right volume (not too loud, not too soft). The tables seemed to be wiped pretty well at the time I was there. You could tell the bathroom was old and in need of a remodel but it was ok when I went in except for the crevice/hinge...read full review
