first time goin through a drive through at a subway honestly I was a little worried that are subs was gonna be messed up but 3 subs they got every ingredient right didnt miss anything so dont know how the inside worked but drive through did great

UPDATE: Owner called me and made it right. I appreciate them reaching out and therefore am modifying this to a 5 star for ensuring I was compensated for the issue.Super unhappy with the Nappanee Street location in Elkhart, IN. I put an order in for delivery through the Subway app. Had to go pick it up myself. They still charged me delivery fees, service fees and tip. You cannot get ahold of anyone in customer service and the store was no help as they told me to contact Doordash...

They have completely remodeled. It looks beautiful and clean. The staff here is nice. The only thing I don't like tbh is the veggies at times. They can be yucky where they get frozen or sit out or getting older maybe not rotating correctly. If it's a soggy gross cucumber don't use it!! Other than that they do great ?.
