Waited almost 20 minutes for two donuts and a small coffee with a empty lobby and maybe two cars in drive thru. They serve drive thru customers faster and do not care about the lobby customers. If you order here, don’t go inside or they will have you waiting almost an hour, even if your order is small.
We came to this location at around 7:30am this morning. Anxiously waiting for 2 matcha iced latte which we paid $5 each for and it was all foam. This is ridiculous how we asked for light ice and they took that literally and just gave a matcha foam latte. Very disappointing especially when you order a large cup and probably didn’t even get enough fluid for a small.
