All our food was horrible. Potatoes well overcrisp and hard. Not edible. Unfortunately it was 250 am and didn't make it back to complain. Was going to personally bring it back when they reopened but work took me away from the area. $30 for inedible food is ridiculous

This particular visit was a 5 star experience. This location averages about a 3-4 star for all three food, service, and atmosphere.Today we placed an order for pick up. We were impressed and grateful that the young lady behind the register repeated our order back to us and even checked if we wanted sweet or unsweet iced tea. They were speedy, accurate, and had good customer service ? food tasted hot and fresh and was presented to us with care!

I waited in the drive through for 45 minutes! There were only 6 cars. This incredible wait time is unbelievable! Whoever owns this franchise needs to start paying better and hiring more! I shouldn't wait any longer than 10 minutes for my food!
Always loved taco bell, pulled up to the drive thru window, was greeted quickly with my response of "hold please" then was prompted 1 minute later "is there anything I can help you find" which at that point I was still looking, then when giving my order after every word I said I was given a attitude "okay", to top it off the food was stale, and received 0 napkins, I won't go here again.

Service was adequate I never complained, so my only metric is they served my food in a reasonable time. I don’t really ever want to go to fast food, and my experience today is exactly why. I never expect to be happy, but this was impressively bad. Out of 7 soft taco supremes, the average amount of meat per taco was about 1 tablespoon.
