This particular visit was a 5 star experience. This location averages about a 3-4 star for all three food, service, and atmosphere.Today we placed an order for pick up. We were impressed and grateful that the young lady behind the register repeated our order back to us and even checked if we wanted sweet or unsweet iced tea. They were speedy, accurate, and had good customer service ? food tasted hot and fresh and was presented to us with care!
One order machine was broke down. I had a heck of a time navigating to order what I wanted. Couldn't even find what I wanted. I got a chlupa and gordeda. Which both the bottoms were broke open and everything fell out!When I told the employees that the one orderer was broke, he just said, Ya it is! When I went up to wait on my order, I said I hate those things, the other employee was going to take my order at the counter.
