We were overcharge by cashier who stated they have a new system in place and doesn’t know how to issue refunds. Took our phone number down and owner would call us but never did. We called and owner said cashier never told him anything. Was rude and didn’t believe us. He refused to refund us our money. There were only 3 flavors available that day and machines were dirty. We’ve been going there for years! What’s a shame.

I cannot believe I just found this place! The wife and I love FroYo and this shop has it all! From Hershey’s ice cream to the best self serve frozen yogurt and toppings bar! I definitely recommend stopping in here!

I have attempted to dine here THREE times during business hours and all three times the doors have been locked and the business closed. One of which the open sign was on and an employee was visibly inside with the door locked. Won’t be trying again.

Brought my Mom there. She has dementia. She keeps letting me know she wants to back.
We’ve been going to this place for nearly a decade and it used to be phenomenal. Sadly, our last several trips since it changed ownership have been mediocre at best. The attempts to cut corners are clear. This last time several flavors weren’t working, some didn’t taste anything like what they said they were, there was no vanilla flavor option, and many of the topping options were duplicates or out (ie walnuts, pecans). All flavors were lactose and dairy free, so no true frozen yogurt or dairy dessert options. When I decided to get the hard ice cream instead, it was nearly melted and foamy, as were most in the case. The 2 stars are only for the super sweet worker who was serving us. She was kind and helpful.
