The ice cream is amazing and always on point. However, if you're looking for a business, that has good hospitality and customer service I don't know if this would be the best place to come. It's not that the staff are rude, but they just aren't that friendly. The past few years I’ve been coming here nobody ever welcomes you in or smiles at you, which is really disappointing. If there was a change in attitude or staffing it would definitely be the best Ice cream shop in town.

Decent ice cream, but one of the ladies was VERY rude and condescending. The other lady was very nice, while the other stood there mean mugging everyone. Then, finally came over to help her coworker serve all 5 of us, just to have the most horrible attitude towards all of us.

Nice Staff at the Location Downtown Elkhart I ordered Pumpkin Roll and my friend Isiah Ordered Vanilla Bean and they give us the Ice cream we wanted I just wanted to let you guys know that I am gonna be recommending people to you guys because you guys have the best ice cream which I like the best
