Bad experience tonight at Arby’s on North Hwy 41, placed our order in drive through and ask for Arby’s sauce to be included with our order for sandwiches. When we get to the window they ask if I need any extra Arby’s sauce. I am thinking we don’t need any extra just what I ask for with our order. Pull away and Vickie says we didn’t get straws or any sauce. I pull around for Vickie to go in and the doors are locked, it’s only 7:30. Go back to drive through and tell...read full review
