Other individuals ordered the fries or the basket options, and they all thoroughly enjoyed their meals! I highly recommend ordering food from Chef Lo!“

We had Cierra to assist us and she was more than helpful and helped us decide by suggesting a few of her favs and we now have our own favs!

Kid-friendliness: I have a 5 year whom was made to feel right at home right away and Cierra as well suggested the chili to him so of course he had to have it and loves it now!“

“Food was as always, great. The biggest problem is the way the place is laid out. The entrances are on both sides of the building which are at the ends of the space in front of the counter. The condiment station is precariously set at one end and becomes an area of congestion and hazards. There's not a big enough place to put more than one tray. Which is already a task to carry after the cashier / server / hostess has loaded it down with all of the food and mainly the unwieldy soft drinks. Then there's the elevated dining area that has chrome separation bars, which add to the awkward layout of the dining area.“

“Our food was absolutely fire 🔥 We had the Whiskey glazed chicken sliders with seasoned fries and Chicken Alfredo w/garlic breadstick. Our boy had an order of Mashed Taters all were super delicious!!!! Our waiter Evan was amazing, so attentive getting us everything we needed and providing us with a great experience!“

“This WayBack location has been my weekly go to for burger and fries for years. The staff is always friendly and professional. My order is always cooked to my liking.

If you never tried WayBack before, my I suggest you stop by and try one of their delicious burgers (My personal favorite is the Chessey.)“

This is my 2nd visit within a few weeks and the men’s bathroom still has a small disposable soap pump with what seems like mostly water in it and had almost none left in it this time… makes me wonder how the employees are washing their hands 🤔
Also alot of empty, but still dirty tables. Had to wipe it off myself to be able to sit down.“

“We live in Columbus Indiana and go to the local Culvers a few times a month but we were in Evansville Saturday night and as we were heading back to Columbus we hadn't eaten so we drove through this Culvers. Everything was pretty decent except there was an abundance of salt on my onion rings. Who puts salt on onion rings??? I had to scrape it off just to eat them. Is it just me or has fast food service gone in the toilet the last few years?“

“First time ever here today. I got a large double cheese burger and fries. Both were amazing. The girl who took my order was very friendly and the owner was nice too. I'll definitely come back!

“Went to get a crave case on my way back from a long trip. Got home (25 minutes away from store) everyone dug in and immediately discovered the sliders were so salty, they were inedible. Called the store and reported. Offered to replace if I brought the case back immediately. So I just wasted my money.“

“The folks here at Burger Bank are great. Always a "thank you, have a nice day". Don't expect many healthy options but if some fried comfort food and a milkshake is your game, then this is the spot. The shrimp basket is enough for two lunches (or one dinner if you're a big fella like me) forewarning the coleslaw does leave a little to be desired even if sweet and creamy is tour preference.“

“I haven't had bad food from here ever and I've been going to this place for 40 years. Service is above average. Quality goes up and down as workers come and go. Pretty much run by high school kids. Atmosphere is retro same as all if them and I like that. My only suggestion is for them to get a stronger wider straw to drink their milk shakes with.“
