“country fried steak had no flavor. was just greasy and center was still red. Mashed potatoes were chunky. Gravy had no taste. Deep fried oreo was very greasy. This is just constructive criticism hopefully owners read and make some changes. was the only people there. took about 15 minutes for the food to be done and like I said country fried steak,was still pink in the middle.“

“Went through drive through about 6:00 CST in the evening. No line of customers. I was the only car in drive through. Looking inside there were no sit down customers. With that being said it took them almost 15 minutes to prepare a small order consisting of a sandwich, cup of soup and a drink. The potato soup was excellent. I got a BLT chicken salad. Nothing special. Would I go there again? Yes. I believe in second chances.

“I always get good food here but I really HATE the drive thru. Every time I'm down I hope it's been redone but it hasn't. Please, this would be the perfect CFA if the drive thru didn't nearly cause a wreck every time I'm there.“

“Chik Fil A is the place you go where you want consistent food, great service, and a quick bite. I don't know where they find the people to staff these restaurants, but they are always the most polite professional employees. No matter the location, it's always perfect.

I got my go-to sandwich, which is the spicy chicken deluxe, and as per usual, it was perfect.

Everyone knows how Chik Fil A is. I don't even need to write a review. You already know. Just go eat some chicken.

Vegetarian options: They have a kale salad, fruit cups, and waffle fries. So, not a lot of options for vegetarians.

Kid-friendliness: The most pro restaurant there is. Take your kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking and it's handicap friendly.“

“This may be one of the most convenient Chick- Fil-A restaurants anywhere. It is in Cafe Court of Eastland Mall. There are so many different ways to get into and out of this mall with tons of free parking. The service here was great even though they were quite busy. The food was delicious as you would expect. It was no problem to come in eat and return to work in 30 minutes. It is easy to find using Google Maps.“

“Let me start off by saying, I am an employee of Sodexo, the company that manages this Chic-Fil-A.THIS IS NOT THE WEST SIDE CFA. This is a CFA Express located on the first floor of UC West @ USI.With that out of the way, this CFA is pretty much the same as what you'd find in an airport or at another college campus. No shakes, just cookies. The team over at CFA is pretty shorthanded, but they make the best of what they have. Food is alright, just like every other CFA in existence.My one gripe is with Sodexo's ValidFill system, which limits when and how many refills you can get on your drinks.“
