We had Salt & Pepper Chicken, General Tso chicken, noodles, rice, egg rolls, crab Rangoon, green beans, AND even cakes! Our family LOVED all of it! Delicious, hot and amazing as always. “I have been going here since right after they opened(30yrs) since I worked down the street. Enjoyed talking with Dan at lunch. Was said to see him go. “They have the best lo mein of any restaurant I've ever eaten at. The general tso's is very good. They have the more crab flavor rangoons so if that is your thing, there ya go. I personally prefer the sweeter ones but this is personal preference and not a failing on the restaurant's part so it has not affected my score. Everything I've had has been very good to excellent.“

“Personal Crab Rangoon Rating: 9/10Perfect crunch, perfect filling to dough ratio! The filling on this one is also not too sweet but not overwhelmingly savory, it's just perfect to me. I think sometimes other places also make the filling a little too liquid-y but not this place! I will say though, they don't have that traditional rangoon shape, but honestly I don't mind with how good they taste, it's completely fine if they're a little wonky in my opinion. You get 6 crab rangoons for only $3.15! Best deal in town if you ask me~ I highly recommend you try this place out at least once, you'll be sad to miss out on such a life changing crab experience! “buffet on a friday...dry,nasty,and old. looked like was there from the night before. service wasnt great either. worst food I've had in years. Do not recommend at all! Noodles was hard, chicken was so dry and old the breading was stuck to the pan, crab rangoons was hard as a rock, and just couldn't find anything worth eating..$22 down the drain!“

“Longtime Evansville staple!! I used to patronize them when they were located on Lincoln Ave across from the swimming pool. This is joint and I mean that in the best way possible. Not really a restaurant but they do have a couple of tables and chairs. It's really a carryout spot. Food was excellent and they have the best prices.“

“I ordered the black bean paste noodles and bibibap to go. It was an interesting ingredients choice for the dishes. The black bean sauce was light and watery. Most of the time the paste is really thick. The vegetables were good. The noodles were thick. The entire flavor profile was satisfying. The bibibap was kimichi based with radish and napa cabbage varieties and instead of fresh vegetables, the cook fried a mixed vegetable assortment. The rice and fried egg were the only similarity to the Korean dish. It was still good and filling.“

“I’ve been to Grand Buffet since the early 2010’s. The staff is very friendly to me and the food is good! I will continue giving Grand Buffet my business as long as I live in this area. 10/10 would recommend!“

“I absolutely love this place and I love the employees. They give you huge portions and the food is amazing. I work down the road at Amcor and can call them as I’m walking out for lunch , order my food, and they have it ready by the time I make it literally five blocks down the road. They are very friendly and they remember me everytime I go lol.“
